Our diverse investor client base includes a number of the leading public and corporate pension sponsors, university endowments, foundations and private investors. We have focused our investment efforts on the Japanese and Chinese markets through a series of opportunity funds which have acquired in excess of $10 billion of real estate assets through the fourth quarter of 2009. |
