Aetos Japan has assembled a highly experienced team of real estate investment professionals who have extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, developing and managing real estate and related assets at leading firms such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Hudson Japan, GE Real Estate, Mizuho Bank, Nomura Fudosan, and many others.

Aetos Japan

Aetos Japan, LLC ("Aetos Japan") is a subsidiary of Aetos Capital, LLC that employs more than 70 professionals. Aetos Japan provides a full range of acquisition and asset management services to Aetos Capital Asia investments including: investment sourcing; acquisition structuring; leasing and repositioning; disposition planning; and pricing recommendations on purchase and sale.

Operating since 2001, Aetos Japan has established itself in the Japanese market as a meaningful and credible buyer and manager of real estate and related assets. The firm has been structured with resources in a variety of disciplines. This has provided the firm the flexibility to work on transactions involving virtually every asset class (office, hotel, retail, and residential) and investment type (single assets, hard asset portfolios, distressed real estate debt, development and private equity).

Aetos China

Aetos Capital Asia Limited ("Aetos China") is a subsidiary of Aetos Capital, LLC and employs 12 professionals. Aetos China provides a full range of acquisition and management services to the Aetos Capital Asia investments including: investment sourcing and due diligence; acquisition structuring and closing; strategic planning and investment monitoring.

Established in 2006, Aetos China has offices in Hong Kong and Beijing. Aetos China has one of the largest and most experienced teams among foreign real estate investors in China. The team enjoys outstanding relationships at the most senior management levels with many of China’s most prestigious development companies. This invaluable network results in a steady flow of exclusive joint venture investment opportunities and market intelligence in our target markets.
