Managing Directors
Andrea M. Bollyky, Managing Director
Client Relations
Ms. Bollyky is a Managing Director of Aetos Capital and leads the business development and client relations activities for Aetos Capital’s absolute return strategies.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2004, Ms. Bollyky was a Principal with Clay Finlay Inc., a specialist global equity management firm with $8 billion under management and offices in New York, Tokyo and London where she was responsible for managing the firm's global business development and marketing activities. Prior to joining Clay Finlay in 1995, Ms. Bollyky was an Account Executive with Gartmore Capital Management, a global asset manager headquartered in London where she was responsible for managing the firm’s North American consultant relations and client service activities. Earlier in her career, Ms. Bollyky was a Manager with SEI Corporation and a member of the International Investment Group, which created multi-manager investment products offered to the pension, endowment and foundation markets. Ms. Bollyky was also involved in the evaluation and analysis of investment managers for use in the firm's multi-manager investment strategies and for recommendations to the firm's consulting clients. She began her career as a Research Analyst affiliated with the Hungarian Ministry of Finance in Budapest, Hungary.
Ms. Bollyky was educated at Lehigh University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with a concentration in Economics and Eastern European Studies, and the Economic University of Budapest. Ms. Bollyky is a member of the Board of Directors of AIMSE.

Anne Casscells,
Managing Director
Co-President and Chief Investment Officer of Absolute Return
Strategies
Ms. Casscells is a Managing Director of Aetos
Capital and the Co-President and Chief Investment Officer
of Aetos Capital's absolute return strategies.
Prior to joining Aetos in 2001, Ms.
Casscells was the Chief Investment Officer of the Stanford
Management Company, where she was responsible for the investment
of over $10 billion in endowment funds and other assets
on behalf of Stanford University. Prior to assuming her
position as CIO in 1998, Ms. Casscells served for two and
a half years as Managing Director of Investment Policy Research,
where she was responsible for asset allocation and for the
endowment's absolute return investments. During this period,
she expanded the absolute return portfolio from $150 million
to $650 million and developed a portable alpha program to
enhance returns in the endowment's U.S. equity and fixed
income asset classes. Prior to joining the Stanford Management
Company, Ms. Casscells was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs'
fixed income division and an analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Ms. Casscells earned her Masters of Business Administration
from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she
was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a Bachelor of Arts in British
Studies, cum laude, from Yale University. She is a trustee
of the Stanford Business School Trust and a member of the
Board of Directors of KQED Public Broadcasting, where she
serves as Treasurer and head of the Finance Committee. She
has also served as an Advisor to the Finance Committee of
the David & Lucile Packard Foundation. Ms. Casscells
is the co-author, with Robert Arnott, of two articles titled
Demographics and Capital Markets Returns, Financial Analysts
Journal, AIMR, Vol. 59, No. 2, March/April 2003 and Will
We Retire Later and Poorer?, The Journal of Investing, Summer
2004. She is also the co-author, with Clifford S. Asness,
of
an unpublished monograph titled Comparing Apples-to-Apples
the Stock Market is Expensive, April 2004.

Cheung, Managing Director
Senior Fund
Manager, Aetos Capital Management (Asia)
Mr. Cheung is Senior Fund Manager for Aetos Capital Management (Asia) based in Hong
Kong.
Prior to joining
Aetos Capital Management in 2006, Mr. Cheung was an Investment Director
at Prudential Asset Management where he led the Greater China equities
investments. Prudential Asset Management is one of the largest investors
in Asia and is a subsidiary of Prudential Plc of the UK. Mr. Cheung has
13 years of money management experience with Prudential, Fortis and
Chase Asset Management.
Mr. Cheung has a
BSc(Econ) in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics and
an MA in Economics from York University, Canada. He was qualified as a
Chartered Financial Analyst in 1996. Mr. Cheung serves on the Listing
Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Public Shareholders Group
and the Dual Filing Advisory Group of the Securities and Futures
Commission, Hong Kong. He is also a Director of the 30SGroup, a public
policy advocacy group.

Mayree C. Clark, Managing Director
Aetos Capital
Ms. Clark is a Managing Director of Aetos Capital. She is Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Aetos Capital Management Real Estate Securities Opportunity Funds.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2005, Ms. Clark was affiliated with Morgan Stanley from 1981 to 2005. She held a number of roles with increasing responsibility over that period, first as a line investment banker, and after becoming a Managing Director in 1990, as a leader in multiple areas of the firm. She served in Mergers and Acquisitions from 1981 to 1985, Corporate Finance from 1985 to 1986 and Debt Capital Markets from 1986 to 1988. She led the firm’s Real Estate Capital Markets activities from 1988 to 1992. During 1993 to 1994 she served as a Deputy to Morgan Stanley's Management Committee, Chairman, and CEO. She became Global Research Director in 1994 and led that effort to preeminence until 2002 when she was asked to become Global Director of Private Wealth Management (2002 to 2005). She also served as non-executive Chairman of Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) from 2000 to 2005.
Ms. Clark graduated with a B.S. in Business from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles in 1976, magna cum laude. She received her Masters of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1981. She is a Director of the Stanford Management Company (Stanford’s Endowment) and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She co-chairs the Leadership Gifts Committee for the Collegiate School and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Student Sponsor Partnership. She was a trustee of Commonfund from 1991 to 2004.

James T. Gibbons, Managing Director
Portfolio Manager
of Absolute Return Strategies
Mr. Gibbons is a Managing Director of Aetos Capital and is a portfolio manager and senior member of Aetos Capital’s absolute return strategies investment team.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2002, Mr. Gibbons served as a Senior Vice President at Evaluation Associates Capital Markets, where he was responsible for research and due diligence on a large group of relative value and event driven hedge fund managers. During his career at Evaluation Associates Mr. Gibbons and team managed up to $2.6 billion in assets. Before joining Evaluation Associates, Mr. Gibbons spent ten years with AIG in New York, London and Tokyo. He served as chief investment officer for various AIG insurance entities
and Managing Director for AIG Global Investment Corp. His responsibilities
included asset allocation as well as the management of fixed income, equity
and non-traditional investment teams that invested $13 billion. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gibbons worked for Unilever in their treasury units in the U.S. and London.
Mr. Gibbons received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Georgetown University.

Scott M. Kelley, Managing Director
Co-Founder of Real Estate, Chief Executive Officer of Aetos Capital Asia,
LLC and Aetos Japan
Mr. Kelley is co-founder of Aetos Capital's real estate
business, Managing Director of Aetos Capital and Chief Executive Officer
of Aetos Capital Asia, LLC and Aetos Japan. He is a member of the Aetos
Japan Management Committee.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2001, Mr. Kelley was a
Managing Director and co-head of Morgan Stanley’s global real estate
investment banking group, where he was responsible for all international
client matters. He was also a member of the Investment Committees for
MSREF I, II and III and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Special
Situations Fund.
Mr. Kelley is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable,
McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board, Pension Real Estate
Association, the Urban Land Institute and a former director of the
National Multi-Family Housing Council and the National Association of
Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Mr. Kelley received a Bachelor of Science degree from
the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and a
Masters in Management with Distinction from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate
School of Management at Northwestern University.

Daniel H. Klebes II, Managing Director
Chief Investment Officer of Aetos Japan
Mr. Klebes is a Managing Director of Aetos Capital and Chief Investment Officer of Aetos Japan. He is a member of the Aetos Japan Management Committee.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2004, Mr. Klebes was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He founded the Tokyo operations for The Whitehall Funds, Goldman Sachs’ real estate opportunity fund, and headed or co-headed Whitehall’s operations in Japan from 1997 to 2004. During that time he led the acquisition of over $5 billion in Japanese real estate and real estate secured loans. Mr. Klebes also served as a member of Whitehall’s Investment Committee from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Klebes joined Goldman Sachs in 1987 in the Investment Banking Division and spent his entire career in real estate. He has lived in Japan for more than 10 years and is fluent in Japanese.
Mr. Klebes received his Bachelor’s degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and his Master’s from Stanford University.

Michael F. Klein, Managing Director
Co-President and Head of Operational, Business and Legal
Due Diligence of Absolute Return Strategies
Mr. Klein is a Managing Director of Aetos Capital and the Co-President
and Chief Operating Officer of Aetos Capital’s absolute return strategies.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2000, Mr. Klein was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Co.
and was President and a Director of the Morgan Stanley Institutional Open and Closed-End Funds. Mr. Klein joined Morgan Stanley in 1995 and was involved in both the firm’s institutional asset management and retail funds businesses. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he practiced law at the international law firm of Rogers & Wells in New York.
Mr. Klein is a magna cum laude graduate of Colgate University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School where he graduated cum laude.

William A. Owens, Partner
AEA Holdings
Mr. Owens is the CEO and Chairman of AEA Holdings Asia.
Until November 2005, Mr. Owens was CEO and Vice Chairman
of Nortel. Mr. Owens had served on the Nortel Board of Directors,
taking the helm of Nortel in April, 2004. Prior to joining
Nortel, Mr. Owens was CEO and Chairman of Teledesic LLC
and before that was the President, COO and Vice Chairman
of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
Prior to joining SAIC, Mr. Owens was Vice Chairman of the
Joint Chiefs of Staff. He had responsibility for the reorganization
and restructuring of the armed forces in the post-Cold War
era. Mr. Owens was formerly the deputy chief of Naval Operations
for Resources, Warfare Requirements and Assessments. Additionally,
he served as commander of the U.S. Sixth Fleet in 1990 and
1991 during Operation Desert Storm in Iraq. Mr. Owens served
as senior military assistant to Secretaries of Defense Frank
Carlucci and Dick Cheney. Mr. Owens was the director of
the Office of Program Appraisal for the Secretary of the
Navy and has served as commander of Submarine Group Six,
the Navy's largest submarine group.
Mr. Owens has served on the Board of Directors of 19 public
companies and has founded two technology companies, Lumera
and Extend America. Mr. Owens is on the board of Daimler
Chrysler AG, Polycom and AEA Investors LLC. He recently
joined the public company boards of Wipro in India and Embarq,
a spinoff of Sprint in the U.S. He is a member of several
philanthropic boards, including the Carnegie Foundation,
Brookings Institution and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research
Center. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
In 2004, Mr. Owens received the Intrepid Salute Award in
recognition of his business achievements and support of
important philanthropic activities. Mr. Owens was the North
Dakota Citizen of the Year, received the Rough Rider Award
in 1996 and is the 1996 David Sarnoff Award winner for his
contribution to advanced technology. He was one of the George
Washington University Distinguished Graduates in 2001 and
was recognized as one of The 50 Most Powerful People in
Networking in 2004 by Network World.
Mr. Owens has written more than 50 articles on national
security and authored the books High Seas and Lifting
the Fog of War. He is a 1962 graduate of the U.S. Naval
Academy with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. He holds
a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Politics, Philosophy
and Economics from Oxford University and a Master's Degree
in Management from George Washington University.

Harold J. Schaaff, Managing Director
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Schaaff is a Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Aetos Capital.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2001, Mr. Schaaff was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and the President and a Director of the Morgan Stanley Institutional Open and Closed-End Funds. Prior to March 2000, Mr. Schaaff was a Managing Director and General Counsel for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Mr. Schaaff joined Morgan Stanley in 1989. Prior to 1989, Mr. Schaaff practiced securities law for Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.
Mr. Schaaff received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Los Angeles where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and a John M. Olin Law and Economics Scholar.

P. Sullivan, Managing Director
Aetos Capital Asia, Global Head of Asset Management
Mr. Sullivan is a
Managing Director of Aetos Capital Asia and Global Head of Asset
Management. He is based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining
Aetos Capital in 2007, Mr. Sullivan worked with AvalonBay Communities
where he served as Senior Vice President of Property Operations
overseeing the entire New York metropolitan area as well as the
company’s Midwest region. Prior to joining AvalonBay, he was a Senior
Director at Tishman Speyer Properties, where he was responsible for
managing a portfolio consisting of 20 million square feet of Class A
commercial real estate located throughout New York City. Included in
that portfolio were Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building, 520
Madison Avenue and 666 Fifth Avenue. In addition, Mr. Sullivan has held
senior asset management positions with Investcorp International and
Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. He began his asset management career as
Director of Property Services overseeing Morgan Stanley’s corporate real
estate portfolio in New York City.
Mr. Sullivan
received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English
Literature from Iona College, graduating summa cum laude and ranking
first in his class. He went on to receive his Master of Science degree
in Real Estate Finance at New York University.

Kenny Tse, Managing Director
Aetos Capital Asia, Head of China Real Estate
Mr.
Tse is a Managing Director of Aetos Capital Asia and head of its real
estate business in China. He is based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2007, Mr. Tse was a Managing Director
and head of Morgan Stanley’s real estate research in Hong Kong/China,
where he was responsible for building the China real estate research
franchise. Mr. Tse received the top analyst ranking from Greenwich
Associates in 2006 and ranked #2 in both 2004 and 2005. Mr. Tse also led primary and secondary equity offerings by a wide
variety of the most prestigious Chinese real estate companies. Mr. Tse
joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 after spending three years at Fidelity
Investments.
Mr.
Tse received his Bachelor of Agricultural Economics degree from the
University of Sydney with majors in Economics and Applied Finance.

Richard G. Woolworth,
Jr., Managing Director
Aetos Capital
Mr. Woolworth is a Managing Director of Aetos Capital and is responsible for a number of the firm's strategic relationships with institutional clients.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital, Mr. Woolworth
was with Morgan Stanley for 23 years in both the firm's
Investment Management and Investment Banking businesses.
As part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Mr. Woolworth
served in various management roles, including as Head of
the U.S. Institutional Coverage Group, and was responsible
for developing strategic relationships with the firm's largest
clients. Prior to joining Investment Management, Mr. Woolworth
worked in the Investment Banking Department with responsibility
for business development with a number of the firm's major
industrial clients, and also served as Co-Head of the Private
Placement Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Woolworth
worked for five years with Dillon Read & Co. in Investment
Banking.
Mr. Woolworth is a graduate of Dartmouth College (magna
cum laude) and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate
School of Business. Prior to pursuing graduate studies,
he was a Teaching Fellow at Phillips Academy (Andover).
Mr. Woolworth is currently a Trustee of Groton School and a member of the Investment Committee. He served for many years as a Trustee of the
Morgan Stanley Foundation, and also headed the leadership group which
founded Trinity Church (Greenwich, CT).

Jon P. Awong, Director
Aetos Capital Asia
Mr. Awong is a Director of Aetos Capital
Asia and has been based in Hong Kong since 2006. He is responsible for pricing and execution of the Fund's non-Japan Asia investments.
Prior to relocating to Hong Kong, Mr. Awong was a senior member of Aetos Japan's investment team and led Aetos Japan's pricing and portfolio management functions. Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2001, Mr. Awong was a member of the acquisitions team at The Blackstone Group's real estate funds, having sourced and executed on a number of property investments.
Mr. Awong attended the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (summa cum laude) from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude) from the School of Engineering and Applied Science. He was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa and was also the recipient of the Pinkel Award.

Foo, Director

Ms. Foo is Head
of Research and Fund Manager for Aetos Capital Management (Asia) based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining
Aetos Capital Management in 2006, Ms.
Foo was most recently a real estate analyst and junior fund manager at
Henderson Global Investors (Singapore). She was one of two members of
the Asian real estate team where she analyzed pan-Asian
listed real estate securities and REITs and co-managed a USD 130 million
property fund. Prior
to that role, Ms. Foo was an equities analyst specializing in Singapore
real estate, consumer and small-cap companies at JP Morgan Securities
(Singapore). Ms. Foo also worked in various capacities from 1997
to 2002 as a research and credit analyst in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Ms. Foo holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Finance from the National University of Singapore and
is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She is fluent in English and
Mandarin.

Darren S. Glickman,
Director
Real Estate
Mr. Glickman is a Director of Aetos Capital responsible for the accounting and finance functions related to Aetos Capital Asia.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2003, Mr. Glickman
was a Vice President in the Investment Accounting division
of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he focused primarily on
accounting and reporting for private equity real estate
partnerships. Prior to joining Goldman, Sachs & Co.,
Mr. Glickman was an audit manager in the Real Estate Services
division of Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Mr. Glickman is
a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and has
a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from
Baruch College.

James L. Kraus, Director
Real Estate
Mr. Kraus is a Director of Aetos Capital responsible for fund portfolio and risk management for Aetos Capital Asia.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2003, Mr. Kraus worked in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman, Sachs & Co., working on the Whitehall funds as a member of their Finance and Administration team. His primary responsibilities were investor reporting and reporting to senior management on fund performance and risk analysis. Prior to Goldman, Sachs & Co., Mr. Kraus was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
Mr. Kraus graduated from Binghamton University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Bill
Mui,
Director
Aetos Capital

Mr. Mui is the
Operations Director and Compliance Officer for Aetos Capital Management
(Asia) based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining
Aetos Capital Management in 2006, Mr.
Mui was Project Manager of the Risk Management Division at Macquarie
Equities (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong. At Macquarie, Mr. Mui was
responsible for multiple control room functions, including monitoring of
Chinese wall crossings, normal course and pre-deal offering research
clearance and conflict checks. Other responsibilities included
surveillance and monitoring of equity trading desk activities,
monitoring of firmwide equity positions for regulatory substantial
shareholding reporting purposes, pre-clearance and monitoring of staff
personal account dealings and other project-related work such as
development of regulatory compliance software.
Prior
to Macquarie, Mr. Mui was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of
Atlantic Communications Corp. in New York from 2002 to 2004 where he was
responsible for daily business operations of the firm including
Information Technology, Human Resources, Budgeting and Finance and
Inventory Control. From 1988 to 2002, Mr. Mui held a variety of
positions within Goldman Sachs, ultimately serving as Executive Director
and Head of Operations, Finance and Resources Technology for Asia
ex-Japan. During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Mui also served as
Head of Futures Technology for Asia and Head of Equities Technology
(Asia ex-Japan) and Executive Director of Asian Shares Systems
Development.
Mr.
Mui holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University.

Gwynne
M. Murphy, Director
Real Estate
Ms. Murphy is a Director of Aetos Capital responsible
for institutional investor relations and marketing activities
related to Aetos Capital Asia.
Prior to joining Aetos in 2006, Ms. Murphy was
a Vice President of Lazard Frères Real Estate Investors
from 2000 to 2006 responsible for investor relations for
the firm's real estate funds. From 1996 to 2000, Ms.
Murphy worked for a European affiliate of Security Capital
Group Inc., a global real estate research, investment and
management company. Based in London, Ms. Murphy
focused on capital markets and investor relations initiatives
in Europe and the United States. Previously, Ms. Murphy
lived in Tokyo from 1989 to 1993. She studied at the International
Christian University and subsequently spent three years
as an Associate in the International Finance Division of
The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Limited.
Ms. Murphy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
from Northwestern University. She received her MBA and Masters
in Asian Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.

Gary J. Smith, Director
Investor Relations
Mr. Smith is a Director of Aetos Capital and is involved in business development and
investor relations activities of the firm.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2002, Mr. Smith was a golf analyst and commentator for ABC Sports television. During his twenty-year career in golf, he coached many of the world's leading players and was one of only four master teachers for GOLF Magazine.

Michael Spath, Director
Portfolio Manager of Absolute Return Strategies
Mr. Spath is a Director of Aetos Capital's absolute return
strategies investment team.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2007, Mr. Spath developed a
quantitative credit-equity trading strategy with Creedon Keller & Partners.
Mr. Spath previously had a 13 year career at Goldman Sachs, where he was a
Vice President in the Fixed Income Division. From 2000-2002, Mr. Spath
was Co-Business Manager of Goldman Sachs' Credit Derivatives Department.
Prior to that arrangement, he was a Senior Deal Captain in the
Collateralized Debt Obligation Group, a Vice President in Fixed Income
Research and an Associate in the Mortgage Department.
Mr. Spath has a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science
from Brown University and is also the author of Dangerous Delusions:
America on the Brink; A Critical Solution to America's Political and
Economic Dilemma, 1995.

Christopher B. Taube, Director
Real Estate
Mr. Taube is a Director of Aetos Capital and a member
of the Aetos Capital Asia real estate team. He is responsible for
evaluating all non-Japan acquisitions and for developing investment
initiatives in new markets.
Prior to joining
Aetos Capital in 2007, Mr. Taube was a Principal at Fremont Realty
Capital in New York where he was involved in sourcing, closing and
managing private equity
real estate investments. Prior to joining Fremont, he graduated from
Columbia Business School. Prior to Columbia Business School, Mr.
Taube was at The Georgetown Company in New York where he worked on
real estate development projects including retail, office and
residential. He started his career at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC as an
analyst in the Media and Communications Group.
Mr. Taube
received a B.A. from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia
Business School where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma and was a
member of the Dean’s Honor List.

Benjamin Tse, Director

Mr. Tse is a Trader
for Aetos Capital Management (Asia) based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining
Aetos Capital Management in 2007, Mr. Tse spent 12 years
covering Asian capital markets, including most recently five years as
an equity proprietary trader with Deutsche Bank AG. There he employed
an equity long/short approach and focused on Hong Kong, China and
Taiwan, with a supporting role in Australia, Singapore and Korea. Prior to
Deutsche Bank,
Mr. Tse was an Asian macro strategist at Deutsche Securities Asia Ltd
where he developed equity valuation and portfolio allocation models for
the Asia Pacific ex-Japan region. Previously, he served as a currency
strategist at ING Barings and as a senior economist at SBC Warburg
covering Asia.
Mr. Tse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree
in Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics. Mr.
Tse is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Deepak Wadhwa, Director
Aetos Capital
Mr. Wadhwa is a Director of Aetos Capital involved
in the tax and finance functions related to Aetos Capital
and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2005, Mr. Wadhwa
was a tax manager in the Financial Services division of
Ernst & Young LLP, where he focused primarily on tax
consulting for real estate partnerships, investment partnerships,
private equity funds, and multi-national corporations. Prior
to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. Wadhwa was a tax senior
consultant in the Financial Services division of Arthur
Andersen LLP.
Mr. Wadhwa graduated magna cum laude from St. John's University
where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
He also received his Masters of Science in Accounting from
St. John's University with a concentration in Tax. Mr. Wadhwa
is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of
New York.

Reid W. Conway, Vice
President
Legal and Compliance
Mr. Conway is a Legal and Compliance Vice
President with Aetos Capital’s legal team.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2004,
Mr. Conway was an Assistant Vice President at Alliance Capital,
where he was responsible for mutual fund sales literature
compliance with NASD rules and regulations and assisted
with issues relating to mutual fund regulation. Prior to
joining Alliance Capital, Mr. Conway was an Associate at
J.P. Morgan Investment Management, where he provided legal
support in connection with new product development and general
mutual fund matters. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Investment
Management, Mr. Conway worked at Seward & Kissel LLP
as a mutual fund paralegal.
Mr. Conway graduated from Stanford University
where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Developmental
Psychology and earned his Masters in Business Administration
from New York University.

Andrew D. Eich, Vice President
Real Estate
Mr. Eich is a Vice President of Aetos Japan involved in portfolio management for Aetos Capital Asia.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2004, Mr. Eich was a Senior Associate within the Consumer Markets and Investment Management and Funds Practice at KPMG LLP in New York.
Mr. Eich received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a Dean’s Scholar and recipient of the Sagan Memorial Award. Mr. Eich is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Min Hur, Vice President
Real Estate
Ms. Hur is a Vice President of Aetos Capital, involved in the
funds' treasury and operations of Aetos Capital Asia.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2005, Ms. Hur
worked as a finance associate in the Global Funding and
Liquidity Management group for JPMorganChase. She
was involved in monitoring and reporting of key liquidity
metrics, as well as calculating debt issuance needs for
the firm. Prior to that, Ms. Hur acted as the business liaison
for the Investment Bank Finance Group for various expense
management projects.
Ms. Hur graduated from Stony Brook University where she
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management
with a concentration in Finance.

Ryunosuke Konishi, Vice President
Real Estate
Mr. Konishi is a Vice President of Aetos Capital and a member of Aetos Capital Asia’s real estate investment team. He is focused on Japanese investments.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2008, Mr. Konishi was in the Global Real Estate and Real Estate Private Equity groups of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and focused on the underwriting, structuring and execution of real estate debt and equity transactions in the U.S. and Japan. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he was a practicing architect at Beyer Blinder Belle LLP, where he was involved in the design, planning and construction administration of several projects in the tri-state area including the redevelopment of Rockefeller Center.
Mr. Konishi graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design, a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Master of Architecture. Mr. Konishi is fluent in English and Japanese.

Benjamin D. Kramer,

Mr. Kramer is a Vice President of Aetos Capital and oversees the fund accounting and financial reporting for Aetos Capital Asia. He is also involved in the cash management, investment performance analysis and financial modeling for Aetos Capital Asia.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2004, Mr. Kramer worked for Ernst & Young LLP as an Associate in the Financial Services Office for the Assurance and Advisory Practice.
Mr. Kramer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and his Masters of Accounting degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Kramer is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

David Marcato,

Mr. Marcato is a Vice President and Controller for Aetos Capital.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2008, Mr. Marcato was the Group Controller for Primary Group Inc. where he oversaw the finance and accounting operations for the U.S. holding company as well as the operating entities. His career began at Ernst & Young LLP’s audit division.
Mr. Marcato received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Georgetown University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rose Renner, Vice

Human Resources
Ms. Renner is a Vice President of Aetos Capital
responsible for Human Resources.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2005, Ms. Renner
developed a career in Morgan Stanley's private equity business
as a Manager of Investor Relations, managing investors'
day-to-day partnership inquiries. Prior to this, Ms. Renner
was VP of Human Resources for Alexander & Alexander,
a major risk management firm, where she had regional responsibility
for all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations,
compensation, benefits, staffing and professional development.
Ms. Renner graduated cum laude from Fordham University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. She also
holds her "SPHR" designation from the Society
for Human Resources Management.

Judy Tang, Vice President

Ms. Tang is a Vice President of Aetos Capital and is involved in portfolio management, reporting, and investment performance analysis for Aetos Capital Asia.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2004, Ms. Tang was a Vice President in the Asian Special Situations Group in the FICC division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she focused primarily on managing the Asia Fund, monitoring investment activity, liaising with fund investors, asset management, hedging, financing, and reporting teams worldwide. Prior to joining Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1996, Ms. Tang was an analyst in the Hospitality and Gaming consulting practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
Ms. Tang received her Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Bernadette M. McHugh Torres, Vice President &
Office Manager
Business Management
Ms. Torres is a Vice President and the Office Manager of
Aetos Capital.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2001, Ms. Torres was
with Morgan Stanley for 12 years and was involved in
marketing administration and events planning for the firm's
Investment Management business. In her role, she
worked with the Head of the U.S. Institutional Coverage
Group, planned and executed corporate events and had
responsibility for the hiring and training of administrative
professionals. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms.
Torres held a marketing administrative position at John
Hancock in the Institutional Investment Retirement division.

Dana Troetel, Vice President
Legal and Compliance
Ms. Troetel is a Legal and Compliance Vice President with Aetos
Capital's legal team.
Prior to joining Aetos Capital in 2006, Ms. Troetel
was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in their Investment
Management Group, where she was involved in the structuring
and registration of private equity and hedge funds.
Ms. Troetel graduated magna cum laude from the University
of Rochester where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree
in History and Japanese language, and received her Juris
Doctor degree from Columbia University where she was a Harlan
Fiske Stone Scholar.
